Anne-Marie Grey is a consultant, executive coach, and former Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of USA for UNHCR, where she led a historic organizational turnaround. During her tenure, she launched new grants and direct service programs and grew annual resource mobilization from $3M to more than $225M.

With over 30 years of leadership experience in the U.S. and internationally, Anne-Marie has held senior roles with UNHCR, Save the Children, UNICEF, and Share Our Strength, as well as leadership positions in Australia with the National Museum of Australia and the National Gallery of Australia.

Anne-Marie holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Australian National University, with additional study at Colby College and a postgraduate certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University. She is the author of two books on sponsorship marketing, a frequent international speaker, and a certified executive coach (CPCC, ACC-ICF).

She is excited to work with the Robert Irvine Foundation and to support its mission through strategic guidance, leadership development, and long-term organizational growth.
