Arabelle Flores

Arabelle Flores retired as a Master Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and as a Law Enforcement Officer, bringing more than 30 years of leadership and human resources program management experience. Throughout her career, she led complex human capital initiatives, mentored diverse teams, and supported multinational military missions across Africa and Europe.

Following her military and federal service, Arabelle continues to give back through mentorship, advocacy, and community service. She volunteers as a guest speaker for nonprofit organizations and supports communities overseas by organizing and sending boxes of essential supplies. As an Ambassador for the Robert Irvine Foundation, she is committed to strengthening and supporting military members, veterans, first responders, and their families.
