Emily Kyser is a mission-driven professional with a background in public policy, administration, and community service. As Senior Administrative Coordinator at the Robert Irvine Foundation, Emily plays a vital role in supporting the Foundation’s operations, programs, and team—ensuring seamless execution of daily functions that help deliver meaningful impact to veterans, service members, and first responders.

Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Administration from James Madison University in May 2021, where she developed a strong foundation in governance, civic engagement, and nonprofit systems. With a deep-seated passion for service, she entered the workforce eager to contribute to organizations focused on strengthening communities and giving back.

Her professional experience is diverse, grounded in a consistent focus on public good and organizational excellence. Whether coordinating logistics, streamlining communications, or supporting program implementation, Emily brings diligence, heart, and a strong sense of purpose to every task.
