Joy Lazarus

Joy Lazarus has spent her life committed to creating positive change through community outreach and kindness. Whether volunteering locally or building bridges through national initiatives, her motto remains: “Let us all be kind to each other.”

She is currently working with members of the FBI in Delaware to establish programs that foster belonging and support underserved communities. As the proud spouse of retired Navy veteran Phillip Lazarus and the mother of an aspiring Air Force Special Missions Aviator, Joy’s dedication to the military community is both personal and passionate.
