Pasha Palanker, MSG (Ret.), is a retired U.S. Army Special Operations Master Sergeant, entrepreneur, and resilience advocate with a lifelong commitment to service. He served 17 years in uniform, deploying multiple times in support of combat operations.

During his military career, Pasha was awarded two Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star with Valor for confronting and stopping a suicide bomber—an act that saved the lives of 17 fellow soldiers.

Following his retirement from the Army, Pasha transitioned his leadership and operational experience into the private sector as the co-founder and CEO of Deliverance Solutions Corporation, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Through the company, he supports government and defense missions with training, data-driven, and human-performance focused solutions.

Pasha continues to work closely with the Department of Defense and veteran-serving organizations, focused on strengthening readiness, accountability, and team resilience.
