Rachel Escaba is a seasoned nonprofit marketing and communications leader with more than a decade of experience developing strategic campaigns, building brand visibility, and driving donor engagement for mission-driven organizations.

Early in her career, Rachel joined the Gary Sinise Foundation during its inaugural year, where she played a key role in establishing and leading the organization’s Communications Department. As Vice President, Director of Marketing & Communications, Rachel oversees the Foundation’s storytelling, media relations, digital strategy, and brand development—ensuring its mission reaches hearts and minds across the country.
