A Message From Robert on Veterans Day

Dear Friends,
Two days ago, as I stood among our nation’s heroes at the Philadelphia Veterans Parade & Festival, I was reminded once again of the unbreakable spirit that defines our veterans and their families. Their stories of courage, resilience, and sacrifice are what make this country great.
Yesterday, our Foundation had the honor of joining Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and his team at the Governor’s Residence to host a Breaking Bread with Heroes, serving a meal to more than 75 veterans and their families. The laughter, the conversations, and the sense of community shared around those tables reminded us all why this mission matters.
And today, on Veterans Day, the Robert Irvine Foundation is proud to join forces with Red Lobster to host a special Breaking Bread with Heroes luncheon for more than 150 veterans. Together, our teams are serving a delicious meal and sharing moments of gratitude with those who’ve sacrificed so much for our freedom. This collaboration reflects what I believe in most, the power of food to connect, heal, and honor those who serve.
For me, Veterans Day is about more than remembrance, it’s about action. It’s about showing up for the men and women who’ve given everything to protect our freedom and reminding them they are seen, valued, and never alone.
Every story we hear, every meal we serve, every program we build is a tribute to their service - and a promise to keep carrying it forward.
To every veteran, service member, and families of those you serve: thank you. You represent the best of who we are, and you inspire us to be better every day.
With deep respect and appreciation,
