Caroline Ketzler Hunter is a dedicated nonprofit professional with more than two decades of experience in strategic programming, mission-driven storytelling, and impactful event production. As Chief of Staff at the Robert Irvine Foundation, she plays a pivotal role in advancing the Foundation’s initiatives, operations, and nationwide efforts to support veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders.
Caroline began her nonprofit career in 2004 and has since focused her work on amplifying the voices of others and championing causes close to her heart. With expertise in talent integration, campaign development, and cause-based engagement, she has led initiatives that drive awareness, inspire action, and deliver lasting impact.
Her career includes leadership roles at prominent organizations such as the USO, Oceana, and the Miss America Organization, where she developed and executed national programs that reached diverse audiences and strengthened public support for key missions.
Caroline joined the Robert Irvine Foundation in 2022, bringing with her a strong commitment to service and a passion for honoring our nation’s heroes. In her role, she leads internal coordination, strategic planning, and team alignment—ensuring the Foundation’s mission is carried out with excellence every day.
Caroline is proud to continue her career in service to others and to help guide the Foundation’s work in empowering those who serve and sacrifice for our country.
