Lieutenant Peter Clarke, U.S. Navy (Ret.) is a Senior Director at Roberts & Ryan, specializing in Equity and Debt Capital Markets and Corporate Development. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, he has held positions at leading firms including DLJ, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Fidelity & Trust. He currently holds SIE, FINRA Series 7, and 63 licenses.

A 1990 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Mr. Clarke earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics. While on active duty in the U.S. Navy, Lieutenant Clarke served aboard the USS JOUETT (CG-29) as Communications Officer, Boilers Officer, and Confidential Materials Security Custodian (Top Secret clearance). He later served as Officer in Charge of Assault Craft Unit-5, Detachment Alpha at Camp Pendleton.

During his military service, he was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal and three Navy Achievement Medals for Meritorious Service. While assigned to the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group, he earned his Master’s degree in Telecommunications from National University.

At the Naval Academy, Clarke was a Varsity Lacrosse player and lettered in Sprint Football (150lb), exemplifying his commitment to excellence and team leadership.

Today, Lieutenant Clarke is proud to serve at a veteran-led business that champions military causes. He was instrumental in forming the partnership between Roberts & Ryan and the Robert Irvine Foundation, and remains a passionate supporter of the Foundation’s mission. Through fundraising and strategic outreach, he continues to help expand its impact for veterans, service members, and their families.
