Robert Irvine

Founder & Chairman, Robert Irvine Foundation
Robert Irvine is a world-class chef, entrepreneur, and tireless philanthropic supporter of our nation’s military. Best known to millions as the host of Food Network’s hit show Restaurant: Impossible, he gave struggling restaurateurs a second chance to turn their lives and businesses around in over 300 episodes across 22 seasons.
He knows a thing or two about building and running successful businesses. Robert operates Fresh Kitchen by Robert Irvine restaurants, located at the Pentagon, and has launched multiple other ventures in food, fitness, and lifestyle products that reach millions of people worldwide.
A portion of proceeds from all of Robert’s endeavors benefit the Robert Irvine Foundation, which he created in 2014 to give back to service members, veterans, and first responders. What began as a grantmaking foundation has grown into a multifaceted nonprofit delivering direct support to heroes in need - funding service dog training, providing life-changing mobility devices, offering mental health and wellness programs, and building community through shared experiences.
Robert is also the distinguished author of four cookbooks, Mission: Cook, Impossible to Easy, Fit Fuel, and Family Table, as well as the business leadership book Overcoming Impossible: How to Lead, Build a Team, and Catapult Your Business to Success. Drawing on his vast experience in both hospitality and business, his latest book distills lessons on resilience, leadership, and problem-solving.
Finally, he is the publisher of Robert Irvine Magazine, a free digital publication offering workouts, recipes, and motivational content to inspire readers to live healthier, more impactful lives.
