Thomas M. DeLuca Jr.

Thomas M. DeLuca Jr. is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and dedicated advocate for veterans and first responders. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Thomas was raised in a proud family of New York City firefighters. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps just five months before the events of September 11, 2001, and the attacks strengthened his commitment to serving his country in combat operations.

During his military service from 2001 to 2009, Thomas attained the rank of Sergeant and completed two combat deployments with the 1st Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF), supporting Operation Enduring Freedom in 2002 and Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. Following his military career, he found renewed purpose through nonprofit work dedicated to veterans and first responders, recognizing the power of shared experiences to foster healing, connection, and resilience.

Today, Thomas serves as Executive Director of the Pasco Patriots Association, a coalition of veteran- and first responder-focused nonprofits, and as a School Guardian for the Pasco County School Board. Guided by a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and community, he continues to champion those who have served. Thomas draws strength from his faith, the unwavering support of his wife, Jessica, their children, Thomas and Angelina, and his family and friends.
