FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING LEG DAY
In the past couple issues of this newsletter we’ve hammered the upper body, and it’s time to balance that out with a leg workout that will both build muscle and strength and improve functional movement. I’ve done it. It’s tough. It works. My trainer Steve Wrona has all the specifics here:
