Last time out, we hammered back and biceps. Time to check in on the flip side with a chest and triceps workout that’ll fill out your sleeves, pump up your chest, and have you walking taller and prouder.
As we prep for the summer months, it’s tradition to give a little extra love to the show-me muscles. After all, who doesn’t want to look good in a T-shirt? So enjoy the work. Push it hard and you’ll see the results in no time.
