Fitness Anywhere: The TRX Full Body Flow
The TRX Training motto is: “Fitness Anywhere” because the TRX suspension trainer could be hooked up to a tree branch, a door frame, or just about any other sturdy, elevated fixture in no time, and ready for you to work out with nothing more than the TRX strap handles and your own bodyweight. It’s a nifty idea, and one with a lot of cache in my book as it was invented by a former Navy SEAL, Randy Hetrick.
But if the words “suspension trainer” spooked you a bit and made you wary of giving it a try, hang in for just a minute. My trainer, Steve Wrona is going to walk you through this workout and show you just how simple and effective TRX training can be.
