FULL BODY ON-THE-GO WORKOUT
No gym, no problem, no excuses.
This “Full Body On-The-Go Workout” from my trainer Steve Wrona develops everything the
body needs—power, strength, stability, and conditioning—with minimal equipment and
maximum efficiency. Warm up the hips and shoulders, then attack four solid strength movements
before finishing with a 7-minute AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) that’ll test your lungs
and your head.
It also includes one of my favorites: The Dumbbell Clean & Press, which demands full-body
explosiveness—the legs drive, the core braces, and the shoulders and arms finish. Chest-
supported rows build a thick, strong upper back while protecting the lower back. Reverse lunges
develop single-leg strength, balance, and hip stability. Stability ball rollouts challenge the entire
core.
Save this one, do it this week, then forward it to someone who needs to stop making excuses.
