Taper (Week 12): Recover & Prepare
You’ll follow the mileage targets for your distance goal for this week.
Taper Week 12 Mileage Targets:
Bronze (22 miles): 8 - 10 miles per week
Silver (36 miles): 12 - 15 miles per week
Gold (54 miles): 18 - 20 miles per week
